He holds an MBA with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Florida International University and has extensive experience conducting security audits and investigations throughout Latin America. His work has focused on high-risk cash-in-transit operations and the protection of critical infrastructure, where he has consistently translated field intelligence into actionable risk mitigation strategies.
Andy is a licensed drone pilot with specialized expertise in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, enhancing situational awareness and operational capabilities in dynamic environments.
He also serves in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, reinforcing his leadership, discipline, and mission-oriented approach. Andy plays a key role in integrating technology and intelligence-driven solutions into operational workflows to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Julio Rodriguez serves as Director of Global Security & Risk Compliance, where he leads the development, implementation, and oversight of security frameworks and regulatory compliance programs across international operations. With over 30 years of experience across government and private sectors in the United States and Latin America, Julio brings deep expertise in managing complex security environments and regulatory frameworks. He previously served as Chief Protection Officer to the U.S. Ambassador in the Dominican Republic with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, reflecting his background in high-level protective operations and mission-critical planning.
Julio has held senior leadership roles directing large-scale security operations, physical and electronic security projects, and enterprise risk programs. He is highly experienced in international compliance and certification standards, including Business Alliance for Secure Commerce (BASC), Authorized Economic Operator (OEA), Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.

With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Iván is widely recognized as one of Latin America’s most experienced law enforcement and public security professionals. He began his career as a detective in 1981 and went on to found Venezuela’s first tactical police unit, the Brigada de Acciones Especiales (BAE), in collaboration with international partners including Germany’s GSG 9 and U.S. law enforcement agencies.
He later served as Secretary of Citizen Security for the Capital District of Caracas, where he oversaw metropolitan security operations and implemented large-scale public safety strategies aimed at strengthening law enforcement effectiveness and urban security.
