Julio Rodriguez
Julio Rodriguez serves as Director of Global Security & Risk Compliance, where he leads the development, implementation, and oversight of security frameworks and regulatory compliance programs across international operations. He ensures that the firm's engagements adhere to global security standards while maintaining operational integrity across diverse jurisdictions.
With more than three decades of experience across government and private sectors in the United States and Latin America, Julio brings extensive expertise in managing complex security environments and regulatory frameworks. He previously served as Chief Protection Officer to the U.S. Ambassador in the Dominican Republic with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security, where he was responsible for high-level protective operations and mission-critical security planning.
Julio has directed large-scale physical and electronic security programs and advised multinational organizations on internationally recognized compliance standards, including the Business Alliance for Secure Commerce (BASC), Authorized Economic Operator (OEA), Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
His leadership is defined by a structured, compliance-driven approach and the ability to transform complex regulatory requirements into scalable, operationally effective security solutions.
