With over 30 years of frontline and executive experience, Antelmo brings a rare combination of operational expertise and strategic leadership. He began his career with 20 distinguished years in law enforcement, including SWAT operations, criminal investigations, and advanced tactical training - developing a deep understanding of threat environments, rapid response, and mission-critical decision-making.

As an entrepreneur, he founded Public Safety International (IPSA), building a trusted platform for security, investigations, and specialized training. He later expanded operations internationally, leading U.S. government-contracted training programs in Peru and establishing a regional law enforcement training center in Florida - demonstrating a consistent track record of delivering measurable impact across borders.

Today, Antelmo leverages decades of global experience across defense, energy, aviation, and critical infrastructure to help clients anticipate risk, protect assets, and operate with confidence.
