Andy Terrades serves as Vice President of Operations, overseeing the execution of security, risk management, and operational strategies across complex and high-risk environments. He is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, service delivery, and the successful implementation of client-focused security solutions across the firm's domestic and international engagements.

He holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Florida International University and has extensive experience conducting security audits and investigations throughout Latin America. His work has focused on high-risk cash-in-transit operations and the protection of critical infrastructure, where he has consistently translated field intelligence into actionable risk mitigation strategies.

Andy is a licensed drone pilot with specialized expertise in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, enhancing situational awareness and operational capabilities in dynamic environments. He also serves in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, reinforcing his leadership, discipline, and mission-oriented approach.

Andy plays a key role in integrating emerging technologies and intelligence-driven solutions into operational workflows to strengthen security outcomes and organizational performance.
